Please see Dave Bower's web site for building and latrine plans. There are two homes shown: A. 16x20 home on a concrete pad called a foundation home. B. 10x12 home we call a "casita". The home can easily disassembled and moved if necessary. The small casita is built for the families living on property they do not own and making adobe bricks for a living. These are Mexico's very poor and helping them is a major focus of Club Dust energy. The casita house takes 5 people a full day to build and assemble. Current price is $1,550. The standard house is the foundation house. This 16x20 houe is built on a concrete slab foundation and has a loft built over 2 small bedrooms inside. It has electrical wiring, but electricity usually comes to the areas after we build. The 16x20 home is currently $4,355. We are important for health reasons and we will build along the side of the home the cost of the latrines is $600 For any additional information please contact Randy Strong at randy@clubdust.org
